The Family Link

It is our mission is to empower persons who are economically disadvantaged and disabled, including youth or elderly, and their families to improve their quality of life.


Our goals are:

(1) to empower families and individuals to access community resources

(2) to empower families to advocate for the rights of their children who are disabled to receive an appropriate public education

(3) to advocate for transition planning for school age children who are disabled to enhance their integration into the community as adults

(4) to educate families and individuals who are disabled on life skills to increase their abilities to live as independently as possible in their communities
